What a great day to go sailing on San Diego Bay! Dawn and Jason had a beautiful wedding. The highlight was talking The Orion, a 65ft. sailing yacht, from Harbor Island to the reception at the Bali Ha’i restaurant. As perfect as it was out on the bay, shooting most of the bridal party portraits on the boat was definitely challenging with the limited space. However, as you can see, it all worked out fine.
Another great aspect of the day was that everything ran according to the schedule. This rarely, if ever, happens on the typical wedding, but I think Dawn’s engineering background really came in handy! Also with the help of Mandilee from Just Made Custom Event Services, the whole day ran smoothly without a hitch.
